Сам ProgDVB позволяет просматривать различное цифровое ТВ (DVB, IPTV, Internet TV,... ) в одном приложении. Имеет пару не плохих интерфейсов (под мышь и под ДУ) и кучу всевозможных функций. http://www.progdvb.com/rus/progdvb.html ps: Пока без VOD. Только просмотр ТВ.
