На данный момент наблюдаются проблемы с вещанием в сеть американского провайдера Comcast. Мы предпринимает всё возможное, чтобы решить эти проблемы как можно быстрее. Попытки изменения маршрутизации трафика не принесли ожидаемого результата. Так как мы не являемся прямыми партнёрами этого ISP, мы вынуждены действовать через наших провайдеров, что не является оптимальным путём воздействия и не приносит ожидаемых результатов. На данный момент проблема проявляется следующим образом: - Непостоянная скорость подключения к нашим серверам - Очень низкая скорость подключения к нашим серверам, порой до 1го мегабита/секунду Нам часто задаётся вопрос - не связанно ли это с появлением третьего сервера вещания "USA West Coast". Мы отвечаем на этот вопрос отрицательно. Эти два события ни в коем случае не связанны друг с другом. Мы приносим извинения за все неудобства и гарантируем сделать всё возможное с нашей стороны для устранения этой проблемы.

Я буду у вас в понедельник 23го. Пару дней нам надо чтобы установить оборудование, 2 дня чтобы отконфигурировать всё и ещё 2 недели, чтобы записать архив. Думаю к 5ому сентябрю мы запустим лайв вещание и чуть позже добавим архив.

Проблема в том, что Вы пытались смотреть из архива, то что ещё не готово для раздачи. На данный момент клиент мог смотреть передачи уже через 15 мин после выхода в эфир. Сегодня мы увеличим этот лимит на 30 мин и проблемы больше не будет.

Опишите, пожалуйста, подробнее. Я лично Вас не понял.
