Приставка не видит Virgin, но видит BT

Добрый день. Уже год Comigo работает, без проблем. Но у меня BT, живу в Лондоне.

BT интерент работает постоянно с перебоями. Поэтому перешел на Virgin. Стало работать лучше, без перебоев. Про BT забыл.

Но нужно отлкючать BT  и finish contract- не будешь же платить за 2 провайдер. Но как раз за неделю до конца контракта с BT, приставка отключилась.

Пытался настроить - не видит приставка Virgin! Пришлось подключить опять BT. Все заработало. Но Virgin Wi Fi не появился в списке.

До этого пришло такое письмо от Virgin -

Вот  я думаю, может они посчитали Картину какой-то программой...и закрыли доступ? Что теперь делать?

Другие устройства (телефон, планшет, ноутбук) подключаются по Wi-Fi к Virgin? Видна ли там сеть от Virgin? От Virgin у Вас дома есть роутер?
