P.S. Небольшое дополнение. На MacBook Pro Kartina TV Player на HD каналах работает попрактически без зависаний. Настройки те же, что и на Dune HD - West Coast, premium, 3 sec buffer. Что такого в железе или софте Apple что дает эту стабильность?

Здравствуйте! Нужна помощь с зависанием HD каналов. Передайте пожалуйста мое сообщение в техподдержку. 1. Характер проблемы: Проблемы с зависанием HD каналов (Первый HD, Россия HD). 2. Сервер вещания: USA West Coast (стоит по умолчанию, потому как лучше по скорости, хоть я и живу на East, в Toronto) USA East Coast (подключаю только для тестирования, результат всегда хуже, чем на West) Буфер: 0.5-15сек. Его размер никак не влияет на зависание, что на 1сек, что на 15сек виснет одинаково, а вот переключение передач и перемотка при большем значении буфера занимают намного больше времени. По умолчанию использую буфер в 3сек как оптимальный. 3. Задержка вещания: (0,1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11) 0 4. Страна, город, провайдер: Канада, Торонто (район Северный Йорк), Teksavvy Cable Internet (пакет: 24 Mbs down / 1Mbs up, true unlimited traffic, no traffic shaping) 5. Тип подключения: LAN/WLAN/Homeplug/Просмотр на PC LAN - приставка Dune HD 301, прошивка 120621_1347 WLAN - лаптоп Macbook Pro, Mac OS X 10.8.6, KartinaTV Player 2.60 Homeplug - десктоп PC, Windows 7 x64, KartinaTV Player 2.60 * при подключении Dune HD 301 напрямую к кабельному модему ситуация точно такая же, т.е. мой раутер абсолютно не при чем 7. Скорость подключения при проблемах с просмотром: Скорость на speedtest.net всегда стабильна и в районе 20Mbs, а вот скорость к серверам Kartina TV нестабильна и плавает от 2 до 34 Mbs в течение суток. На данный момент (8.00 PM EST) скорости такие (при работающем с зависаниями Dune HD 301): Europe South - 10 Mbs Europe North - 6 Mbs USA East Coast - 8 Mbs USA West Coast - 15 Mbs Middle East - 5 Mbs Asia - 1 Mbs 8. Укажите битрейт вещания.(Мобильный, Эко, Стандарт или Премиум) Премиум (причем с обычными каналами даже на премиум битрейте проблем нет никогда) 9. Та же ерунда. Получил сегодня Dune HD 301, но оба HD канала невозможно смотреть. Что East, что West - одинаково, буфер довел до 15 секунд, не помогает. Перед покупкой долго гонял тесты скорости и было 19Mb/s на USA East и 27Mb/s на USA West, а сейчас они оба выдают от 2 до 6. Живу в Торонто. Интернет в среднем 24Mb/s, NetFlix и YouTube - летают. А тут одно расстройство.
