  4. Сервер Картины в Израиле

    Оборудование уже готово работать с 25го августа, но к сожалению, до сих пор ошибки на линке Европа - Израиль. Как только наши партнёры с этим разберутся, мы запустим сервис в течении часа и в течении 2 недель после этого - архив.

    Сегодня я понял что у нас в США Картина начала вещать архивы на West Cost сервере. При подключении к каналу архива идет поиск, потом написано что подключено и ничего не показывает. Я проверял многие каналы и лишь один НТВ-Теннис работает в архиве. Я позвонил родственнику который тоже имеет Картину и узнал что у него проблема и в живую и в архиве. Я подъехал к нему и перевел его коробку с East на West и у него все заработало без затыков и работает по сию минуту. Я проверил его скрость на сайте Картины и у него все три сервера показывали отличные результаты. Что касается меня то Европа сегодня показывала 3.5 East 10.5 а вот West 614Kb, вообще почти мертвый. Дело в том что у моего родственника другой провайдер и у него раутинг на Калифорнийский сервер хороший, а у меня плохой. Поменять провайдера я не могу поскольку он в моей эрии не работает. Так что теперь я буду сидеть без архивов? А ведь все было хорошо пока Вы не ввели в действие новый Калифорнийский сервер и стали перекачивать на него архивы. Может быть можно залить архивы и на Нью-Йоркский сервер? Такая проблема у многих и я надеюсь что Вы ее исправите, иначе просто нельзя. И очень пршу службу подддержки держать народ в курсе, ведь мы все платим деньги и хотим просто смотреть, а не иметь проблемы. С уважением.

     

    На данный момент наблюдаются проблемы с вещанием в сеть американского провайдера Comcast. Мы предпринимает всё возможное, чтобы решить эти проблемы как можно быстрее. Попытки изменения маршрутизации трафика не принесли ожидаемого результата. Так как мы не являемся прямыми партнёрами этого ISP, мы вынуждены действовать через наших провайдеров, что не является оптимальным путём воздействия и не приносит ожидаемых результатов.

     

    На данный момент проблема проявляется следующим образом:

    - Непостоянная скорость подключения к нашим серверам

    - Очень низкая скорость подключения к нашим серверам, порой до 1го мегабита/секунду

     

    Нам часто задаётся вопрос - не связанно ли это с появлением третьего сервера вещания "USA West Coast". Мы отвечаем на этот вопрос отрицательно. Эти два события ни в коем случае не связанны друг с другом.

     

    Мы приносим извинения за все неудобства и гарантируем сделать всё возможное с нашей стороны для устранения этой проблемы.

    Я буду у вас в понедельник 23го. Пару дней нам надо чтобы установить оборудование, 2 дня чтобы отконфигурировать всё и ещё 2 недели, чтобы записать архив. Думаю к 5ому сентябрю мы запустим лайв вещание и чуть позже добавим архив.

    COOKIE

     

    We use standard HTTP sessions with COOKIE support to identify and open customer sessions.

     

    Please pay attention to the different steps:

    The first step should always be the login. This procedure opens a new customer session. If successfully generated a response of the current customer state and session will create a COOKIE which will be used for all follow-up requests.

    The COOKIE contains the session ID. All other requests without this ID will cause errors. Always use the logout to close the customer session. The last step should always be the logout.

     

    Furthermore the parameters can be send by URL. Use the cookie from the response sid_name.

    Attention! This way of communication is not as secure as using the described login.

    The response has the format of an associative array, JSON or XML depending on the used URL.

    Wrong requests cause the transmission of the following data containing the error message:

    URL is especially adapted to be played by VLC with needed parameters

     

    URL will be generated only once. For repeated playing we need to generate the URL again. By trying to play several URL concurrently only the last URL will be played. This kind of limitation allows only one stream with one session.

    The telecast delivery of accessible channels from the time indicated in “dtime” to the following “period” hours.

    It is necessary for the organization of the function “what’s on air” on the website http://tv.yahoo.com/listings. The program is generated in accordance to the "timeshift" variable exposed in settings by the user.

    Parameters:

    • dtime – date and time (unixtime) of the EPG’s beginning. The current situation is selected by default (on north time)

    • type = best - The best films it agree a rating on viewings.

      last - The same list of films but is sorted by addition date upside-down.

    • page = N - Number of page for a conclusion. 1st number of page is by default established.
    • query - Line for search. Works if it is established type=text
    • genre = id - The filter on genres. Shows films only the specified genre. Transfer of deduced genres through a sign "|" is possible. For example: genre=205|206|215
    • nums = NN Quantity of films on page by default: 20

  19. Архив "заедает"

    Хотелось бы узнать , ведуться ли какие работы по устранению этой проблемы ??? Что-то тишина с стороны админов , а проблема осталась !

    Сегодня такая же хрень на канале Россия 1 в архиве при просмотре Т/с "Застывшие депеши", 3 и 4 с , неоднакратно наблюдалась !

     

    Проблема в том, что Вы пытались смотреть из архива, то что ещё не готово для раздачи. На данный момент клиент мог смотреть передачи уже через 15 мин после выхода в эфир. Сегодня мы увеличим этот лимит на 30 мин и проблемы больше не будет.

    У меня та же проблема. Кроме того, есть ещё одна. Пример: Выбираю из архива канал Россия, программу Вести. Пока идут «Вести» я могу перематывать и выбирать другую передачу из архива без проблем, НО если я досмотрел «Вести» до конца и приставка перешла на Вести-Москва, то с этого момента ни перемотка, ни архив не работают. Вернее, архив-то появляется при нажатии на красную кнопку, но ничего не происходит при выборе другой передачи. Экран возвращается на Вести-Москва. И как правильно замечено, окно с названием не исчезает, пока не нажмёшь Pos. Временное решение - это выход в основное меню (Refresh) и выбор желаемой передачи заново. Та же фигня по всем каналам, где есть архив.

     

    Сегодня эта проблема была решена.

    Очень хотелось бы, что-бы поскорее вышла новая прошивка для MBOX c устранением проблем указанных в этом форуме и в частности с проблемой с которой столкнулся я:

     

    При вызове архива и просмотра всё ок, НО если оставить архив работать и будет идти следующая передача/кино, то появляется стандартная таблица с названием и % громкости/продолжительносте. Всё было бы хорошо, но она не исчезает. Приходится поиграть с громкостью, что бы она исчезла.

     

    Такая проблема вредит некоторым ТВ. В частности у меня плазма и продолжительное неподвижное присутствие того или иного изображения выжигается на экране и приводит к поломке телевизора.

     

    Разберитесь и помогите.
