Comigo Duo + Harmony Ultimate One remote

Fyi, if you have universal remote from Logitech I had asked them to include support for Comigo Duo (CMG-SBOF8C). So, as of today it's in their database. Tested and it works as expected, though you will need to teach it few additional commands like Board, Bar, TV.
