Новая прошивка не решить мою проблему. Но теперь это выглядит как если бы он пытается настроить слайд мало информации, но она просто не может это сделать. Очень странно. // changing firmware did not work. But after I upgraded to 1.8.4, now it kind of seems as if it wants to adjust the problem but can't seem to do it quite. Also, the channel menu is in perfect shape when no channel is on, but when the channel is on it switches to go off screen a little to the left again. OK, I will call.

@Tapok: Thanks for the reply! I have a very old CRT TV (one of those sucky TV/VCD combo ones; who needs them now anyway). I was wrong in my initial post, it is a Philips, a Philips 21PV330. It unfortunate have no zoom functions. Although, I had a similar problem on my TviX media player but that worked out since the TviX can zoom. Best for me is probably to upgrade to a new TV and quit living in the stone age :-) @Xeops: Большое спасибо. 1.8.5 пришли с моей коробке. Как я могу изменить прошивку? Могу ли я сделать это в MaxiBox, или мне необходимо подключить его к компьютеру?

Спасибо вам, Snuk. The settings for the box are 4:3 / 720p so that should be alright as far goes... I'll see how it is on another TV and get back. But there are no other option to zoom in/out on the control? I'm still learning this :-) PS. In the instructions there's a picture with something called Eingangswahl (one time options I assume!). It's got options for AV1, AV2/S, AV3/S, Component, PC, HDMI, etc. Maybe I could change something here? The problem is that I don't know how to access that. PPS. I use composit connection right now.

Картина является слишком большой (измененный масштаб изображения в), наблюдая. Выглядит, как будто это слишком много налево (таким образом эмблемы вне левой границы телевидения). When watching the channels, they appear as "zoomed in", so the picture goes outside the TV if you know what I mean.
