Regarding the below this is not based on any Comcast related issue due to latency or port blocking. Our previous testing has proven latency begins to spike upon the connection (or trace) reaching the African continent and would in turn need to be relayed to the ISP in that area as this is the reason for the slow speeds. The trace has far left the comcast network before it occurs. I hope this information helps.

"Dear Comcast,
It came to my attention that Comcast blocks traffic on some of the ports. I currently have Comcast and I have been a loyal customer for years, making my payments on time and never exceeded 250GB limit on HSI traffic data. I also have a Kartina.tv service that is using the internet. The service became very unstable and I am unable to enjoy TV due to Comcast actions of blocking traffic from Kartina.tv servers and reducing speed. Please correct this issue as soon as possible!! Comcast is the only ISP in the USA who is practicing blocking ports. I am not willing to pay for such poor Internet Service and will begin considering switching to another ISP if this is not resolved. I am looking forward to continue my loyal, customer relationship with Comcast."

U menia router proshut DD-WRT proshivkoy, postavil PPTP cherez router, tak kak u pristavki net takoy funkzui, skorost' .8mbit. Nichego ne ponimayu, dazhe pomoshch ot VPN provayderov ne mozhet pomoch.
