Hi sorry im writing this in english but i do not speak russian well, this is my parents tv. So after they almost completely destroyed the remote supplied to them when acquiring the box, i got them a universal remote. Only one problem, when i called customer support, well they said they didn't know.
Hmm, problem. So now i have no clue what to do. its a 4 number code, and if i keep trying random codes, ill eventually go insane. Please help! its a kartina tv hd mini box. and an lg tv with a code 5004 for the tv.
